Is it possible to tweak a book title after it’s got an ISBN?

ISBNs are assigned information. Once that information is submitted, certain parts of it cannot be changed. The most you can do is unpublish that ebook and re-publish it with the new name and a new ISBN.

Can you change the title of a book?
